Stern’s New TRANSFORMERS Pinball Is Pure Robot Chaos

The Transformers Pinball Machine

There are two types of people in this world.

People who casually walk past a pinball machine.

And people who hear the words “Stern Pinball just dropped a new Transformers machine” and immediately start calculating which kidney is technically “non-essential.”

Hi. I’m Tommy. Guess which one I am.

Stern just unleashed the brand-new TRANSFORMERS: More Than Meets the Eye pinball machine, and honestly? This thing looks like Optimus Prime punched a laser cannon directly through my childhood and rebuilt it into a silverball fever dream.

First off, the art package absolutely slaps. The cabinet looks like a Saturday morning cartoon exploded inside an arcade in the best possible way. Bright colors. Classic G1 vibes. Giant robots. Pure dopamine.

Second, the gameplay looks FAST. Like “your ball drains so quickly you start negotiating with God” fast.

Stern is leaning hard into the Autobots vs. Decepticons chaos, with multiball madness, animated sequences, insane lighting, and enough mechanical insanity to make your local breaker panel nervous. Older Transformers machines were famous for features like the “More Than Meets The Eye” ramp, Megatron multiball locks, and kinetic toys that made the whole game feel alive.

And now? They somehow made it even more ridiculous.

The PRO model comes in at a very “please don’t tell my spouse” $6,999 USD. The PREMIUM jumps to “this is now a financial decision requiring spreadsheets” territory.

But let’s be honest here.

If you’re already shopping for a Transformers pinball machine, logic left the building three browser tabs ago.

The real debate is Pro vs Premium.

The Pro is for people who want maximum gameplay chaos without selling a family heirloom.

The Premium is for people who looked at the Pro and said:
“Yes… but what if MORE robot nonsense?”

Honestly, both look incredible.

And can we take a second to appreciate that Stern understands exactly who this machine is for? This isn’t aimed at casuals. This is targeted directly at grown adults who still know the Transformers movie soundtrack by heart and refer to Optimus Prime like he was their actual father figure.

Because he was.

If you need me, I’ll be standing in my basement at 2AM whispering “AUTOBOTS… ROLL OUT…” while immediately tilting the machine after my third failed multiball.

As nature intended.
